Unleashing Our Civic Engagement

Malcolm believes our democracy isn’t a spectator sport, and we’ll only preserve it if we will it.

Citizens should be empowered to participate in our democracy. Malcolm believes in increasing civic education. It is our duty to cultivate an informed educated public. Campaigns should not be a show of disgraceful greed. Campaign finance reform and the monitoring of political advertisements for falsehoods should be commonplace during elections. • Designating Election Day as a state holiday
  • Statewide campaign finance reform
  • End partisan gerrymandering
